Ingredients: Urid/Black Gram Flour, Sea Salt, Raising Agent (Calcium Oxide), Rice Flour, Coconut Oil.

Origin: Product of India.

Storage Instructions: Store unopened in a cool dry place our of direct heat and light.  Once opened use within 7 days.

Preparation Instructions:  To microwave, brush with oil and microwave for 30-40 seconds.  To deep fry, submerge in very hot oil for 2-3 seconds and drain thouroughly.
