Spicy Bacon Wrapped Sweetbite Peppers are an easy appetiser to make when entertaining or nice little BBQ sides. Everyone will love the combination of flavours.
Ingredients:
28 Sweetbite peppers
225g cream cheese softened
¼ cup hot sauce
2 tablespoon powdered ranch seasoning
28 bacon strips
Method:
Preheat oven to 180˚c.
Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the hot sauce and the powdered ranch seasoning. Mix until well blended.
Cut the sweet peppers in half and fill them with the cream cheese mixture.
Wrap each pepper with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Bake at 180˚c degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Remove the toothpicks and serve immediately.
